Creamy Butter Frosting
Ingredients
2 cups icing sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter, then add icing sugar and cream until smooth
- Beat egg white in mixer until stiff
- Add egg white and vanilla and beat until smooth
- Add additional icing sugar, if necessary, until mixture has a firm consistency
