Pasta Salad
Ingredients
8 oz. tri-coloured noodles
2 ripe tomatoes
1 large onion
1 green or red pepper
1 stalk celery
Dressing
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
¾ tsp. paprika
Directions
- Cook pasta and drain
- Chop veggies into small pieces
- Mix veggies and pasta in bowl
- Mix ingredients for dressing together in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Pour over veggies and pasta
- Chill at least three hours - overnight in refrigerator is best
