1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of low/no fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp olive or canola oil
1 egg, lightly beaten


Eight servings, 134 calories, 4 g fat, 4 g fiber.

The simplest cornmeal recipe yet. Very good.
