Our Stuffing


1/2 - 3/4 loaf bread, cubed
1/2 lb. (227 gm) pork sausage meat (1/2 package)
1 onion, diced
salt, pepper to taste
poultry seasoning to taste
parsley flakes


1. Tear apart bread into large bowl
2. Fry up sausage meat, breaking up into small chunks, cool
3. add sausage meat, diced onion and spices to bread crumbs.
4. Mix well
5. Stuff into bird or wrap in tinfoil and bake.
(We originally used white bread without crusts, but now use white or whole wheat with crusts.)
