Chinese Noodle Cookies


1 pkg. (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
2 cups peanuts
2 cups chinese noodles


Melt chips in a double boiler.
Mix in the peanuts and noodles.
Scoop onto wax paper (about a tablespoon or so)
Place in fridge or freezer until hard.
We often break noodles in half if they are quite long.
