Chocolate Oat Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
½ cup butter
¼ cup cocoa
1 Tablespoon vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
Directions
- Mix together milk, sugar, butter and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat
- Bring to a boil and boil for five minutes, stirring often
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour into a greased 8" x 11" glass baking pan
- Let cool before cutting into squares
- Makes at least 16 pieces
