Coconut Pineapple Squares
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
Filling:
1 can (15oz) drained crushed pineapple
Topping:
2 cups coconut
1 tsp butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Directions
- Mix base ingredients well and pour into well greased square pan (8 or 9")
- Spread pineapple over base
- Combine topping ingredients and spread over pineapple
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
- Cool and cut into squares
