Apple Crisp


6 cups sliced apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sifted flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter


  1. Arrange apples in greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice

  2. Mix flour, oats and sugar

  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs

  4. Sprinkle over apples

  5. Bake at 375°F until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned (35 - 40 minutes)
