Cream Cheese Frosting


1 small package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups icing (confectioners') sugar
chopped walnuts (optional)


Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until smooth.
Add sugar and mix well
Frost cake (Zucchini Cake - see recipe)
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. (Second option: sprinkle with orange peel)
Store cake in refigerator
