Rich Double-Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp cornstach
2 cups 1% milk
1 ounce square bittersweet chocolate (or 3 Tbsp chocolate chips)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Whisk together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
- Gradually stir in milk over medium heat just until bubbly and thickened
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in bittersweet chocolate and vanilla and cook for one minute or until chocolate melts.
- Pour into four custard cups.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours before serving

- Makes four servings; 251 calories perserving; 5g fat
