Blue Cheese Dressing (A lower-carb recipe)


4 ounces blue cheese (or similar cheese)
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all of the ingredients (except the cheese) together with a whisk or electric mixer/blender.

  2. Crumble, chop or mash the cheese into small pieces and add to the mix. Mix well.

Stores well (covered) in the refrigerator for several days. Regular mustard adds a "yellowish" tinge to the dressing.
