BBQ CHICKEN
Ingredients
butter, salt & pepper
Sauce:
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. red pepper
¾ cup ketchup
1 clove crushed garlic
¾ cup water
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ cup vinegar
¼ tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion flakes
2 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
Directions
Put sauce on chicken and cook for a further hour turning once or twice.
This sauce can also be used as a marinate for steak.
