Creamy Butter Frosting

Ingredients

½ cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla

Directions


  1. Cream butter, then add icing sugar and cream until smooth

  2. Beat egg white in mixer until stiff

  3. Add egg white and vanilla and beat until smooth

  4. Add additional icing sugar, if necessary, until mixture has a firm consistency
